Our next family service will be on 3rd June at 10am, which is Trinity Sunday.  A chance to explore what Trinity means: that God is one God in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Please join us and our uniformed organisations and stay for tea and coffee afterwards.

Dear Friends of St James’

I would like to thank you all so much for such a special final weekend. The

party on Saturday night was perfect (thank you to those who made it

possible) as was my final service with you on Easter Day.

It has been a pleasure to serve you for the past 7.5 years. Thank you for

your generous gifts and cards. Please accept the crucifix icon as my gift to

you – something to remember me by.

You will be in my prayers as you seek the appointment of your new vicar.

Finally, please keep Wednesday 13th June free as you are all invited to my

installation as vicar of St John’s. The service starts at 7:30pm and it would

be wonderful to see as many of you there as possible.
